What I Wore Sunday

Happy Daylight Savings Time, all! Wait. What's that? Losing an hour of sleep on the weekend is one of the worst things ev? Akin to tortue? Yes. Yes, that is exactly what it is. For those of you reading in Arizona...I hate you and your full rested self a little bit.

As you may have guessed from the aforementioned word vomit, Steven and I opted to go to Mass on Saturday evening so that we could skip the whole lost hour bit as much as we possibly could. Yet the dogs still managed to get us up at 5:00am (which was really 4:00). We went to a different church last night as we've been toying with changing parishes. We didn't feel like it was all that much better than our old parish so we're still on the look out. Next week we're going to the new church in town that offers latin Mass. Veil up! (I've been watching too much How I Met Your Mother.)

Lastly, I opted to wear Blue and White as Duke and North Carolina played last night. GTHC!! Go Duke!

Whoops! I didn't mean for this one to make the final cut.
Oh well, can't be unseen now.

Heels are hard.

Jack was causing trouble.

That'll do Donkey.

Shirt: BCBG via Savers (thrift store)
Cami that doesn't match pants: Forever 21 years ago
Pants: JCPenney

That's all I got, folks. Head to FLAP for more.

  1. I need more details on those pants! Awesome! And are you doing something special in the weight loss department because you are looking extra thin lately and I need to know any secrets :)

  2. I was actually thinking how perfectly the cami matches the pants! I love that shade of blue and it's so springy, Katie! Lovely.

  4. Great outfit! We wore similar colors, but you actually wore your outfit to Mass. There was an unfortunate event that involved a 4 yo and vomit right as we were leaving.

  7. Duke? Really? I must admit that I'm a little disappointed. I'm sure I'll get over it though. (Better Duke than UNC, though!)

  8. I'm really sorry, Katie, but you may have lost a follower with your Dook cheer. Born and raised in the Old North State and went to UNC :-)

  9. Such a cute outfit! Daylight savings is the worst but...a Duke victory over UNC is the absolute best!!! Can't wait for selection Sunday.

  11. I am so so jealous of your thrifting skills (I love that shirt). The blue pants are really cute too! I've been really loving bright blue...

Off topic, but I'm wondering if you have any contacts for NFP-only OB GYN residents or docs? I'm especially trying to find which OB-GYN residencies would be supportive (or tolerant ha) of an NFP-only resident. Would love, love any info that you have! You can email me at stethoscopes.style.grace@gmail.com :)

Thanks, Katie! Hope you had a great weekend!!
